The Rosand lab is located in the Center for Human Genetic Research at the Massachusetts General Hospital and is a part of the Medical and Population Genetics program within the Broad Institute of Harvard and MIT. The CHGR occupies two floors of the Richard B. Simches Research Building, located just down the street from the main campus of the MGH. The Broad Institute is located on the MIT campus, just across the river in Cambridge.

Research activities are organized around the weekly Rosand lab meeting and four additional weekly interdisciplinary research meetings:
